* There will be no players allowed below 15 years.
* All players must be vaccinated.
Competition format and duration

Each category will consist of 4 teams only
-
Each team will consist of 4 outfield players- no goalkeeper and no substitutions
-
The playing structure will be 4 per team on court at the same time, with 1 referee.

Each game will consist of two 5 minutes periods with a 2 min break in between.

The group stages will be played as a round-robin. The 2 top placed teams will play a final. The third and fourth team will play the third and fourth placing game.

Each age category will be played on separated days.
Safe distancing measures
-
The teams are reduced to 4 players per team, no substitutes, no goalkeeper.

There will be no substitutions during the games.

There can only be a total of 9 people on court at any given time inclusive of players and referee.

All teams must depart the venue, before the next playing teams can enter the venue.

Wearing mask is compulsory when walking onto and out of the court

Contact tracing and implementation of TT-only SE

Proof of vaccination status is required
-
Working with venue provider that there is no intermingling allowed at any time between groups inside the hall and outside in the locker rooms and toilets

Staff will be employed to organise human traffic flow and space management
-
All common place and interactive components will be disinfected
Traffic flow control- entry/exit

There will be only one exit and entry only. It will be controlled by 4 Safety officers and they will be controlling the flow of players

Only teams playing will be allowed into the venue.

No new teams will be allowed entry until the previous players have departed.

Proof of vaccination status is required. No player or official will be able to take part unless they have proof of vaccination.

There will also be 2 Safety officers inside the venue during play.

The Safety officers will also have a tight control of all participants at all times.

The Safety officers will carry out spot checks on participants for any symptoms.
Provision of common equipment
There will be no common equipment, all playing equipment will be personal of the players.

Insurance
The team manager in charge is obligated to ensure that all participants are insured on the court. Each participant is responsible for his/her personal insurance off the pitch. Neither SG Open nor the organizer has collective insurance to cover injuries, illness, theft or damages.

Cancelation of the tournament and force majeure
Neither SG Open nor the organizer is responsible for compensation and they are also not responsible for financial losses or damages that may occur due to events outside the control of SG Open or the organizer, such as war-like events, fire, flood, interruptions in public transport connections, government actions, strike or other similar circumstances.
