Airport Transfer:

An official from SG Open will be at the airport to greet and facilitate your team when you arrive in Singapore. From there an airport transfer will be arranged to the hotel. The service is also provided for the team's trip from the hotel to the airport on the day of their departure.

Players/Coaches/Parents who are travelling on a separate flight from the main team will have to make their way to the hotel on their own.

Merlion Band:

The Merlion Band is an exclusive card which allows SG Open officials to identify guest who are under the Merlion Package. The Merlion Card also grant access to places such as the exclusive player lounge at the main event venue. Band holders are also entitled to exclusive discount at the shops that will be at the SG Open Carnival.

Transport:

Shuttle buses will be provided daily at multiple timings to and fro the event venue. Teams who have signed up for the package will just have to inform 24 - 48hrs beforehand on the timing they wish to take the bus to SG Open officials.

Exclusives:

Team + player registration will be done at the hotel upon team's arrival. Once registration is done, the Merlion Band will be handed out. There will be an event t-shirt which will be given out for participating in the 2020 SG Open.
